saws.
Quality Check: Ensure the cuts are precise with noburrs or defects.
Material verification and dimensionalinspection mustbe completed before cutting.

 

Machining

Process: Precision machining of cylinder tubes, pistons,.
and rods.
Equipment Used: CNC lathes, milling machines.Quality Check: Dimensional inspection to ensuretolerance accuracy.
